Welcome to Trackified! By accessing or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the App.

Trackified ("we," "our," or "us") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

To use certain features of Trackified, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

Trackified provides bill management and savings planning services, including:

• Bill tracking and payment reminders
• Financial expense categorization
• Savings goal planning and tracking
• Financial insights and recommendations
• Data visualization and reporting

You agree to use Trackified only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the App.

You specifically agree not to:

• Use the App for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Share false or misleading financial information
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity

Your use of Trackified is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using Trackified, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

We collect information necessary to provide our services, including:

• Account information (name, email, etc.)
• Bill and expense data you enter
• Savings goals and financial targets
• Device information for app functionality
• Usage statistics for service improvement

Trackified is a financial management tool, NOT a financial advisor. The information provided by Trackified:

• Is for informational purposes only
• Should not be considered financial advice
• Does not guarantee financial outcomes
• May not be suitable for your specific financial situation
• Is based on the data you provide and may contain errors

You should consult with qualified financial professionals before making financial decisions based on information from Trackified. We are not responsible for any financial losses or damages resulting from your use of our service.

The Trackified App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Trackified and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of our App
• Sell, lease, or sublicense the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Create derivative works based on the App
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to Trackified or other respective owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trackified shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues
• Any errors or omissions in any content
• Any financial decisions made based on App data

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Trackified, if any, in the past six months. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

You may delete your account at any time through the account settings in the App. Upon account deletion, we will retain your data for 30 days for recovery purposes, after which it will be permanently deleted, except where required by law.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
